Fern Leaf Developments brochures and display boards
Fern Leaf are part of the Farmglade Group and specialise in high end residential developments in West London and the Chilterns. GardnerQuainton was asked to design brochures and display boards for their most recent three developments. We used a combination of lush photographs, impressive CGI graphics showing how a development under construction would look when complete, and spacious print design to create elegant, eye-catching brochures.
Public interest in the properties was immediate following launch of each brochure, as our client Ian Pankhurst, Development Director at Farmglade Group wrote to tell us about Meadow View:
I am delighted with the brochure and the display boards. I think the bright, spring-like cover is perfect for a launch on the first weekend in March. They have also been very effective. All three plots that were released last weekend were reserved!
