
Trent Park Campus: Brand identity, brochures, national advertising and website design and build
Jones Lang LaSalle is the world's second largest publicly traded real estate broker, and a major player in property worldwide, with an emphasis on commercial property management. They employ more than 40,000 people around the world.
The first project they asked us to work on for them was a remarkable one. The Trent Park Campus is a large
area of parkland containing a mix of historic and modern buildings on the northern outskirts of London. In recent years it had been home to Middlesex University but the university now planned to consolidate its operations at another site, which leaving Trent Park ripe for major redevelopment. The listed buildings were to stay but the undistinguished 20th century additions would go, leaving a site of amazing potential.
Our task was to provide the branding and marketing to sell such a striking development opportunity. In addition to the branding we produced a hard back coffee table style brochure and an elegant looking website with a secure data room containing confidential plans and documents. We also managed the advertising and media buying.
