10 Westmead: Brand identity and brochures
Jackson-Stops & Staff is a long-established UK estate agent with a proud record of specialising in exceptional and unusual properties.
They have UK-wide presence and are particularly strong in rural properties. Jackson-Stops & Staff approached GardnerQuainton to discuss the branding of a single house – an unusual request. But this was no ordinary house.
10 Westmead is a newly built home of stunning specifications. Located in Putney, London, it is worth around £6 million. It has its own gym, games room, cinema room and an indoor swimming pool. Every bedroom is en-suite. The entrance hall has a glass and walnut staircase that rises through the whole house, four floors up from lower ground floor all the way to the top.
We created the branding for this rather special home, and designed a brochure that captured its extraordinary ambience.
