Five Strand purchased for over £90 million

GQ was delighted to be invited by global real estate company, Cushman & Wakefield, to market an exciting development opportunity on London’s Strand, which was subsequently purchased for more than £90m after receiving 22 bids.

With plans to redevelop the property to create a 5 star hotel, Indian property developer ABIL Group recently bought the building from global investment company BlackRock, in its first UK purchase. GQ created all the materials to market the site, including the brand, CGIs, website with secure data room, brochure, and video featuring aerial footage to highlight the exceptional location, combined with computer generated animation to communicate the development potential of the site.
