A landmark residential development for Canary Wharf

GQ was delighted to work with JLL and Savills on marketing an exciting new development opportunity in a prime Canary Wharf location. Featuring two iconic towers of 31 and 37 storeys, with first class facilities including a club house, sky decks, fitness centre, swimming pool and cinema, this impressive scheme has exceptionally rare planning permission to provide 100% private accommodation.

The Two Trafalgar Way brand mark distinctively depicts the towers, with a colour palette to reflect the waterside location. The promotional video features CGIs merged with drone footage of the local area to show the scale of the new towers within the context of Canary Wharf, plus animation to depict the leisure and lifestyle opportunity and outstanding views. The high end hardback brochure has an exclusive feel which is carried through to the responsive website with secure data room.
