Working with longstanding real estate client, Savills, GQ created the marketing video for this high quality, market leading aparthotel and commercial space in one of London’s most sought after business, culture and leisure destinations.
Local area footage highlighted the vibrant location and aerial filming was merged with an illustrative masterplan outlining the adjacent areas of investment. Actual property footage overlaid with CGI animation visualised the development potential to add additional floors.
