The impressive Lotus Portfolio presented a once-in-a-generation opportunity to acquire an estate of 27 landmark assets in London’s West End, comprising offices, retail, leisure, educational, medical and residential space.
Savills approached us again to create a video to market the sale of this exceptional estate. The film focused on capturing the vibrant essence of Fitzrovia as one of the area’s most desirable ‘villages’; a dynamic place to live, work and play. We created an animated map to highlight the scale of the surrounding ‘Great Estates’ and lifestyle footage to visualise the buzz of modern city living and the local setting of tree-lined streets and green open spaces.
