Jackson Stops was founded in 1910 and now operates from 44 offices in London and across the UK. As specialists in prime residential property, they appointed GQ to provide marketing support for 219 Park Road on behalf of their client, Mondial Developments. This boutique development in upmarket Kingston justified a sophisticated, upscale treatment that would raise its profile to satisfy the prospective buyer’s aspirations.
The development address was chosen to form the brand – we developed a clean, elegant marque using an uncluttered sans-serif font picked out in gold. A substantial lay-flat brochure promoted the local area as well as the development and set a precedent for supporting collateral. The quality of the CGIs made them inseparable from the show home photography and assured the customer of the excellence of the homes.
