3 & 4 Station Square


GQ worked with longstanding client, property developer Weston Homes, to promote their new Cambridge development to both a UK and overseas market. Comprising two distinct buildings situated within the dynamic CB1 district, directly opposite the station, the apartments are a stone’s throw from new shops, restaurants, cafés and offices including Microsoft and Amazon.

The brand was designed to clearly highlight this desirable location and USP, with the straightforward name and Cambridge blue colour palette. A second brand was created for the overseas marketing in Hong Kong and Shanghai, specifically modified to reflect local customs and trends, with a separate 60-page brochure translated into Mandarin.
