Balls Park

City & Country is among the UK’s principal heritage developers and passionate about the conservation of buildings that are steeped in history. The glorious Grade I listed Balls Park Mansion House was the subject of a sympathetic restoration and formed the centrepiece of this development of luxury houses and apartments set within 63 acres of parkland. The development would require promoting with an equally delicate and refined touch.

The visual brand was graceful and understated and set the tone for the elegant image-led brochure, site signage and advertising. Photography and video were vital to convey the essence of the 17th century architecture and gardens. GQ also built a website that showcased the still and moving images allowing the observer to imagine himself in place. Balls Park is a testament to City & Country and GQ is proud to have played a part.
