Barnard Marcus, part of the Sequence Group, is one of the largest and most visible estate agents in London with 37 offices and a dedicated auction centre. Representing a Hong Kong based client, they were our primary contact for production of the marketing material for a boutique development of townhouses in Chiswick. GQ were responsible for entire promotional spectrum including branding, advertising, signage, CGIs, website and brochure.
The logo formed a stylised overhead plan of the nine houses, a neat interpretation of the development name, the Crescent. The website and brochure confidently underlined the prestige status of the properties and locality and a hand finished lay-flat brochure encased by a suede cover set the desired tone. To conserve printed copies, the website contained identical material with brochure and plan PDFs available for download.
