Enterprise Property Group

Enterprise Property Group is a national developer who apply the established principles of intelligent design and quality construction though three subsidiary companies. GQ won a three-way pitch to rebrand and unify these three divisions - Heritage, Urban and Retirement - under one corporate umbrella. The successful rebrand led to streamlining and simplifying the divisional brochures so that each spoke with the same consistent tone.

EPGL is now spreading the word through revamped stationery, signage and a conspicuous new livery that brands their commercial fleet. The redesigned website is clear, concise and responsive, attracting enquiries and performing well with monthly optimisation. Their offices in a converted barn south of Cambridge also received a complete colour make-over. The result is a delighted client and a busy year ahead for GQ with several upcoming EPGL schemes.
