Working with global real estate agents Cushman & Wakefield, GQ helped market this retail and office building for international investment company BlackRock. Superbly positioned adjacent to Charing Cross Station at the gateway to Covent Garden, the building boasts views across Trafalgar Square, to the Thames and the Southbank. The property offered a range of development options to create a landmark, world-class asset, with planning consent tor a new mixed use scheme designed by internationally acclaimed architect Adjaye Associates.
GQ created the brand to reflect the distinctive façade of the new scheme, embossed onto the stylish hardback brochure in copper foil to replicate the building’s material detailing. Premium CGIs were created to communicate three potential uses for the site: the consented scheme, a potential office redevelopment and a luxury hotel proposal. The short promotional video combined location and aerial footage to emphasise the property’s central location and excellent connections, and stunning CG animation to bring the future development to life.
