Francis House

GQ was delighted when property development and investment company Reef Estates again turned to us for the marketing of their refurbishment development, Francis House in Battersea. For the brand, it was essential to communicate both the heritage of the building with its retained features, and the luxurious contemporary specification. We took inspiration from historical advertising of the former Victorian shop, creating a distinctive brand that is nostalgic and elegant with a modern finish.

The premium, lay flat brochure reflected the high end quality of the development. We introduced a marbling pattern to complement the brand and add a classic and quirky touch, whilst superb photo-realistic external and internal CGIs, and beautifully shot photography communicated the product and desirable location. The responsive, single page website was sleek and user friendly with smooth scrolling and slide in navigation and parallax scrolling image backgrounds.
