Grosvenor House
GQ’s prior collaborations with Jones Lang LaSalle and a tight timetable of 3 weeks meant that we were the only agency to be considered to manage this prestige project. Park Lane’s Grosvenor House Hotel had been put into administration and a buyer was required for one of London’s most exceptional assets with a price tag approaching £500 million. The five star hotel has 420 rooms, 74 suites and regularly hosts the BAFTAS in one of the largest ballrooms in Europe.
Our first job was to structure a schedule to include aerial and street level photography, conceptual design, artworking of plans and charts and assembling the required factual, historical and financial information. A pagination was established and time built in to print an impressive lay-flat brochure. We concurrently designed and built a fully responsive website that echoed the pertinent facts and photography. It was all completed on time and very well received.
