GQ was pleased to work once again with long standing client, global real estate agent JLL, this time on the marketing of the new phase of an exciting redevelopment scheme in Royal Greenwich, incorporating central London’s very first cruise ship terminal. Set within a 1.95 acre site comprising retail and leisure amenities and extensive new riverside public realm, Maritime View offers the potential to create three residential towers with sweeping views over London.
We developed the name and brand to strongly reflect the maritime connection and Royal Greenwich heritage, with the hardback brochure featuring a gold foil logo for a premium edge. The dramatic video used helicopter and drone footage to highlight the enviable location and proximity to the rest of London, with CGI animation to promote the scope of the site and the exceptional development opportunity on offer. This was showcased on the sleek, responsive single page website which included a secure dataroom.
