Nine Elms Square
GQ was pleased to once again be working with agent JLL along with prestigious developer St Modwen, in marketing the £620m sale of the monumental Nine Elms site. At 10 acres and set to offer 1,800 new homes, Nine Elms Square is the largest and most valuable of the residential neighbourhoods within the 57 acre New Covent Garden regeneration. Claimed to be "one of the best pieces of real estate available in the UK and Europe”, the sale is expected to be the largest UK land deal in 2017. Comprising a cluster of twelve towers including a 54-storey tower of 346 apartments, Nine Elms Square is a landmark residential destination on the South Bank.
We took these remarkable towers as inspiration for the Nine Elms Square brand, featuring the trio of tallest towers to create an iconic and distinctive logo. The 60-page lay-flat, casebound brochure featured beautiful location photography and top quality CGIs enclosed within a stylish slipcase. We combined helicopter footage, imagery and CGI animation to create a four-minute video showcasing the outstanding location and exceptional opportunity of the development. The sleek responsive website included interactive maps, stunning drone footage of the panoramic tower views and a large bespoke data room with automatic update alerts.
