Park Terrace is a premium development with a unique history, comprising just nine townhouses featuring unique indoor/outdoor living space, striking but elegant architecture and a prime location just steps from Battersea Park.
Working with esteemed London property advisors Hurford Salvi Carr, the brand and marketing of this one-off development reflected its bespoke, rare nature, creating a look and feel of modern refinement.

Dating back to 1880, Park Terrace was the site of the renowned London & Provincial Steam Laundry Company, famous for washing laundry for Queen Victoria and the royal household.
As part of the development, a series of original Victorian terracotta plaques depicting washer women was salvaged and retained, creating a permanent homage to the buidling’s historic industrial heritage.

The development brochure captured the contemporary elegance of the development, with an undersized, hard back format and delicate copper foiling to a stylish pale grey cover chosen to subtly reflect the bright, light filled interiors. A simple font and succinct copy was crafted to allow the product to speak for itself.

Along with the brand identity and brochure, GQ designed and produced the striking development hoarding, a sleek, responsive website, print and digital advertising and printed materials.
