GQ was approached by London real estate advisor Hurford Salvi Carr to create the brand and marketing collateral for a premium new collection of luxurious townhouses adjacent to Battersea Park. As well as the development’s highly desirable location, other USPs are the properties’ extensive areas of outside space, generous, open interiors and striking architecture, with large angular windows creating a distinctive shape to the building.
The iconic brand mark was inspired by these glass formations featured on all nine of the properties. For the brochure, we applied a copper foil to the logo to lend a premium but current feel, promoting modern, high end living. The elegant copper, white and grey colour palette reflected the light, airy living spaces and the lay-flat finish showed photography to its best advantage. GQ also created a sleek, clean website along with advertising and printed marketing materials.
