The Pembroke


Reef Estates is a private property development and investment company who focus on urban regeneration and asset value enhancement. The Pembroke, their boutique development in Sevenoaks, would target a sophisticated and affluent customer - the marketing would require an equally sophisticated treatment. GQ set to work on a total package to include branding, brochure, hoarding, print and email advertising and a responsive website.

We chose a ‘sharp S’ with a subtle serif to create a distinctive and memorable brand. A fine gold mesh pattern added background texture and richness. Superb photo-realistic CGIs and local area photography dominated and broke down the content into an easy to digest, engaging format. The overriding tones of quality and authority promoted the apartments and the desirability of upmarket Sevenoaks to win the customer’s confidence.
