Headquartered in London with 370 offices in 55 countries, Knight Frank is the world’s leading independent property consultancy. They were seeking investors for Project Atlas, a 32-storey tower offering student accommodation in Nine Elms, central London’s largest regeneration scheme. Historically, Knight Frank would undertake the marketing in-house, but they recognised that Project Atlas warranted sophisticated skills, so they approached GQ.
The marketing must focus on the many components that demonstrated the scheme’s unique advantages – location, potential, prestige and profitability. The brochure relayed the information clearly and concisely with maps, tables and graphs, the potential was grasped through a series of CGIs and 3-dimensional illustrations. The brochure spoke with the authority that would assure investors that Project Atlas was an unrivalled opportunity.
