Ransome’s Wharf, London

JLL employs more than 58,000 people in 80 countries and once again turned to GQ to produce a brochure and website for Ransome’s Wharf. We had a six week time span to deliver what is perhaps our most comprehensive project to date and were awarded a glowing client testimonial. Ransome’s Wharf lies in Battersea’s creative quarter, adjacent to Battersea Park and south of Chelsea and the King’s Road. We sold this fabulous location by highlighting the bars and restaurants, fashion houses, arts venues and local businesses.

The website covers every conceivable angle with panoramic views from different floor levels, maps, facts and figures, a gallery and a secure data room. Charismatic photography revealed the spirit of the locale, CGIs were photo-montaged for authenticity and a stunning 3-minute video showed aerial and ground level footage with an animation of the scheme. A glossy 70 page brochure that outlined the unique opportunity was printed with a concise version available to download.
