GQ worked with longstanding client, property developer Weston Homes, to create the brand identity and marketing materials for their new residential development in beautiful Bury St Edmunds. Comprising a wide range of apartments and houses with attractively landscaped surroundings just outside the town centre, it was important that the brand stood out from the neighbouring competition.
The name was chosen to reflect the green setting as well as directly referencing the development’s location, and the brand reinforced this, featuring a delicate osier willow illustration and natural colour palette to create a botanical feel, underpinned by a clean, modern wordmark. The elegant brochure used an uncoated stock to complement this organic feel, with a delicate metallic green to give a premium finish.
