After previous successful collaborations JLL, the real estate investment specialist commissioned GQ to provide the branding and brochure for the sale of Ten Broadway. Better known as home to the Metropolitan Police, this high profile building in Victoria required an exceptional solution applied with meticulous detail. The distinctive branding was inspired by the famous New Scotland Yard sign that will soon relocate to its new Embankment address.
The substantial lay-flat, foil blocked brochure convinced the decision makers of the value and potential of Ten Broadway. Outstanding photography gave weight to the central location and its proximity to the nerve centres of British government and sovereignty. The final authorisation to print came from the Mayor of London, Boris Johnson and a sale was soon agreed at £120 million above the asking price. And a pat on the back for GQ.
