The London Hotel Collection
JLL’s Hotel and Hospitality division excels by cultivating global relationships that put the right parties together to execute deals that meet financial objectives. It was vital that we hit the ground running to create the marketing tools required to sell The London Hotel Collection. This portfolio of four strategically located hotels each had valuable Hilton franchise agreements and was sure to appeal to an overseas market. GQ's only real concern was a 21-day schedule.
The project had to be programmed impeccably. A consecutive 6-day video and photography shoot was arranged at the four locations while the GQ studio tackled the branding and graphics. The hotels’ outstanding locations and transport links had to be clearly highlighted throughout. GQ ultimately delivered a teaser brochure, a responsive parallax website, a five minute video and a 136 page hardback brochure – all to a delighted client and within the tight deadline.
