Promoting a landmark scheme for Savills

Savills recently approached GQ requiring a two minute promotional video to market an exciting development opportunity in Tower Bridge. Covering almost 1,000 sq m with planning to create residential, hotel and retail space, the brief was to communicate the potential for a landmark scheme in the heart of a dynamic community with a superb location.

Using aerial footage and photography, the video highlights the site’s proximity to renowned landmarks and transport links, as well as views towards The Shard, the South Bank and the City, with vibrant imagery depicting the desirable lifestyle. Photography of the existing building was merged with high quality CGIs to convey the huge potential to transform a tired hotel into an outstanding mixed use development. The video has been very well received and we look forward to working with Savills in the near future.
