We searched on Google for a new design company to update our brochure. We came across GardnerQuainton and asked for some ideas and prices. We were very pleased with what they came up with and also the final product. The brochure looked great. Banner has an enviable reputation for build quality, attention to detail and smart design and it's important to us that our brochures and advertisements are as 'well built' as our houses. As a result, we're fussy and demanding customers for any design team; every little thing must be just so. Every aspect of our brochures is scrutinised by the entire development project team, from site managers and surveyors right up to board directors. On top of this, our plans are continually altered in response to good ideas both on site and at the drawing board, so eleventh hour brochure amends are not uncommon.
